Please check the list below should you have a problem with your cooler.
Should you still have problems with your cooler please contact the shop where you purchased your cooler or the distributor of the country where you live or alternatively send us an email.
The cooling unit does not work

Clean the ventilator and check that it is clear

The cooler is not reaching the desired temperature
