Privacy Integrity

The statutory provisions concerning the protection of personal details, as laid down in the Personal Data Protection Act, shall be respected by 'r products.

All customer information will be stored by 'r products. These details shall be used for the completion of the customer’s order and shall be kept for as long as necessary for the settling of any complaints arising from the performance of the order.

We don't sell or disclose our customer details to third parties where doing so effects the privacy of the customer.

Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of this website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

The Personal Data Protection Act in short

This act provides rules for the protection of privacy of persons. The Act entered into force on 1 September 2001. The Act regulates how companies, authorities and institutions are to deal with personal data which they gather, store, keep on file, compare, link, consult or provide to third parties.

The right to request information

In accordance with Section 26 of the Personal Data Act (1998:204), you have the right once every calendar year to request information on the personal data concerning you that has been processed by 'r products. If you want this information you must submit a signed request to us. In accordance with the Personal Data Act, the request must be on paper and cannot be sent via email.

Anti-spam policy

We follow recommendations of the Swedish anti-spam act which entered into force on 1 april 2004. The Act states that it is forbidden to send out commercial emails to private people and limited companies without their permission.
